國貿條規

 INCOTERMS

國貿條規系國際商會(ICC)於1936年所制定,Incoterms指在國際貿易中被替換為說明買賣雙方在貨物交接方面的責任 (Responsibility),費用(Cost)和風險(Risk)劃分的各種縮寫術語,以避免各國因貿易習慣不同而引起爭議與糾紛。國際商會最新版本國際貿易慣例已於2019年9月10日公布並於2020年1月1日開始生效實施。最新版本相較前次修訂並沒有大幅更新,適用「多種運送方式」及「海運」的各項貿易條件於架構上維持不變，僅配合進出口商實際使用情形修訂部分條件的名稱及定義,並提出相關適用建議。
