Senior Shipping Import Operations/Reserve Supervisor (TPE)

1. Responsible for the preparation, compilation, and proofreading of import documents such as bills of lading.

2. Contact customers, factories, and shipping companies to confirm delivery dates, schedule ships, sign S/Os, and check documents.

3. Assist in handling business-related processes.

4. Inquiries, quotations, shipment arrangements and tracking for overseas agents and clients.

5. Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with overseas agents.

6. Assist in providing and tracking reports according to different customer requirements, and prepare invoices.

7. Tasks assigned by the supervisor

Finance Department Specialist

1. Business receivables processing and invoice inquiry.

2. Accounts receivable reminders and collection.

3. Prepare accounts receivable reports.

4. Customer credit rating maintenance.

5. Other accounts receivable matters and tasks assigned by the supervisor.
