Project sales Executive

1. Need talent in AI industry material supply chain logistics.

2. Develop customer markets in various science parks.

3. Maintain relationships with existing clients and conduct regular visits.

Ocean Freight Export Operations Assistant/Documentation (Experience with Europe and America routes is preferred)

1. Responsible for drafting, compiling, and proofreading import and export documents and bills of lading.

2. Contact customers, factories, and shipping companies to confirm delivery dates, schedule ships, sign S/Os, and check documents.

3. Verify the contents and conditions of import and export documents with accounting entries.

4. Contact trucking companies and customs brokers to confirm customs clearance and cargo transportation preparations.

5. Report and track the progress of shipments.

6. Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor.
